A mortgage broker who we have done business with for several years contacted us on a Friday evening about a quick close deal in north county San Diego. He had a customer that he couldn't help in time for a residential rental property purchase money loan.
We were able to provide a firm commitment to the broker on Monday morning and provided loan documents a few days later. Due to the competitive market conditions in San Diego, the real estate agent wrote a quick close and the mortgage broker was not able to secure traditional financing in time and there were several backup offers.
